Street Surveillance
A local authority required street surveillance to combat crime and anti-social behaviour. Securicorp proposed a rapid deployment system that features a vandal resistant Pan / Tilt / Zoom camera that can be attached to a lamp post. The cameras would be installed by the internal street maintenance team providing remote access video via 3G, WiFi or licensed radio frequencies for long distance transmission. Securicorp proposed their GPS Tracking solution allowing real time alarm notification to be sent to head office with live 2 way communication and locating via satellite map. Additional features included route tracking to improve customer service and route planning.
